Using precast PCC technology, these bridges eliminate the need for structural steel, bearings, and heavy maintenance—achieving a lifespan far beyond conventional RCC or PSC bridges. Suitable for spans up to 30m and adaptable for high-level or submersible structures, LITHELYARCH has been successfully implemented across India, with over 70 bridges operational and 45 under construction. ARCODUCT, is a precast reinforced concrete arch culvert designed for efficient, sustainable, and durable cross-drainage solutions. Its unique three-radius profile optimizes water flow while offering superior structural strength and longevity compared to traditional box culverts or circular pipes. Manufactured in a controlled environment, ARCODUCT ensures high precision, uniformity, and quick installation, significantly reducing on-site labour, material wastage, and construction time. Approved by major government agencies and tested by VNIT Nagpur, it is ideal for culverts, minor bridges, and cross-drainage works where space constraints, high loads, and low maintenance are critical.
